What Was I Doing?
I'm disappointed in my picture taking commitment lately.
I usually pride myself on having 50 plus pictures each month to look over and conclude that once again my children are the most beautiful (and weirdest) creatures God placed on this earth.
But my photo snapping obsession has taken a back seat lately to my garden.
And to Facebook.
And to college classes.
And to LTC practice.
UGH. . .
I seriously have no idea how I am going to motivate myself to get back in the swing of things again.
So, this morning I hopped in my commander seat in front of my computer, clicked on the "Restart Later" option for my McAfee computer virus update (this has become a daily ritual) and found a few interesting webpage bookmarks I haven't visited in a while. This led me down a 45 minute detour and I almost forgot what I was doing, when I stumbled across some beautiful photos taken for a "Brothers" themed photo contest.
This brought me back to my lamenting over my lack of family photo activity and here I sit, blogging about photography instead of actually photographing something.
So as soon as I wrap up this blog of randomness, I will go outside and take photos of my over-watered backyard vegetable garden.
Which I will post later on my Facebook for you all to see.
After I finish Opinion Paper #4 for American Lit II.
And...then...re-read the final chapters of Revelation for my LTC Bible Quiz team. . . .
It's never going to end is it?
That's a rhetorical question.

Very inspiring, Sis! Your photography is like me with my scrapbooking... both are staring us in the face. Plus my own blog. You have inspired me to get on it!!! Good luck with carving out the time :D
